Technical Buyer
- Graduate of Industrial or Mechanical Engineering;
- With at least 2 years experience as Technical buyer preferably in a Semiconductor or Electronics Industry;
- With a sound knowledge of Cost Management and Procurement;
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SAP;
- With above average interpersonal skills and with good communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Major;
- With at least 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits, labor regulations and employee relations;
- Knowledgeable in salary administration and benefit policies. With experience in research & benchmarking, systems and data analysis;
