Job Summary

Under broad supervision, provides analytical support to ongoing compensation and evaluation programs. Participates in compensation surveys, coordinate job descriptions, and prepare and analyze survey data. Prepares and monitors merit budget and assist in development of salary ranges.

Education & Experience

Typically requires 2-5 years of experience in the current field of work. Typically college or university degree required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to assess competitiveness and fairness of salary structures.
• Administer compensation programs, including conducting salary reviews, structure analysis, among others.
