Job Description
The Salvation Army seeks a dedicated On Call CRF Support Worker to provide critical support and supervision to clients in a correctional facility. This role focuses on promoting a safe and respectful environment for all residents.
As a CRF Support Worker, you will engage in vital tasks such as monitoring client activities, performing bed checks, and logging necessary documentation. Collaboration with Caseworkers, Parole Officers, and other staff will be fundamental in fostering positive relationships and ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement house rules consistently with clients
• Conduct regular safety rounds and document findings
• Assist with client intakes and prepare necessary forms
• Maintain confidential resident documentation securely
• Distribute meal tickets per protocol

• Preferred enrollment in Criminology or related fields
• Proven communication skills are essential
