Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments: Perform various types of massage (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports) to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Assess client needs: Evaluate clients’ physical conditions and health concerns to customize treatments effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure massage room is tidy, properly sanitized, and set up for each session, following safety and hygiene guidelines.
Qualifications
- Certification and licensing: Valid certification and state licensure as a massage therapist, in accordance with local laws.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques: Expertise in different massage techniques and understanding of human anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to listen to clients' needs and provide clear explanations, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
