About this role

Deliver a programme of food education across the district and borough council areas of North Herts, Stevenage and Welwyn Hatfield. Work with local communities to support wellbeing, providing training, budgeting and meal‑planning classes and food education interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support food tutors to design and deliver cookery workshops, budgeting and meal‑planning classes and demonstrations across multiple locations.
• Carry out administrative tasks to a high standard, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to vulnerable individuals who may need additional assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience of working directly with local communities in customer‑facing roles.
• Experience of supporting programmes that meet the needs of local communities, ideally in a health improvement or community wellbeing setting.
