Role Overview
The role is similar to a Health Care Assistant in that you will be delivering great care and supporting reablement for people mainly in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- General social interaction with patients, talking, observing and escalating concerns.
- Supporting patients with meals including preparation and service.
- Assisting patients with personal care utilising a recovery/reablement ethos in all interactions.
- Support wider team with domestic and housekeeping duties.
- Meeting and greeting.
- Putting away stock.
- Carrying out and supporting with other duties our trained and experienced staff need completed.
- To report any concerns or issues to the manager in charge.
- To make or receive telephone calls.
