Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (Home Care) to join our Aged Care Support team in Albury. This is a permanent part-time position (minimum 15 hours per week) based onsite, supporting older people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and connection to their community.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide person-centred support to people aged 65 years and over (or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), helping them continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
