Job Description
Become a vital presence in housing communities as a Community Stabilization Specialist. Promote safety and stability by proactively engaging residents and addressing conflicts before they escalate.
This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in high-acuity environments, integrating knowledge of social work, trauma-informed care, and substance use support. You will implement individualized safety plans and collaborate with various teams to enhance community integration and stability.
