Job Description
Be a part of Agnico Eagle's mission as a Community Relations Coordinator in Ontario. This role emphasizes building relationships with Indigenous Rightsholders and public stakeholders while ensuring compliance with environmental responsibilities.
In this position, you will report to the Supervisor of Community and Indigenous Relations and will work collaboratively with regional teams to promote engagement and respect for Indigenous rights. Your experience will support communication and risk mitigation strategies while preparing essential documentation for external and internal reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with Indigenous Rightsholders and stakeholders
• Document engagement activities for regulatory compliance
• Support the Community Response Procedure
• Organize and coordinate community meetings and events
