Job Description
Lead the Community Paramedicine program with Bruce County in Port Elgin, Ontario. This full‑time position focuses on program development, administrative oversight, and staff management to enhance community health services. As the Commander for Community Paramedicine & Administration, you’ll report to the Director/Chief of Paramedic Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop community paramedicine initiatives
- Manage scheduling functions for paramedic services
- Supervise staff and coordinate training programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as necessary
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- Five years experience as a Primary Care Paramedic
- University Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent
- Valid Class F license with a transparent driving record
