We are looking for caring, motivated and dynamic Community Nurses to join our friendly, supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident working autonomously while still valuing strong team collaboration.You will be part of the Toressa Community Nursing Team, working across Penntorr Health Centre and St Barnabas Hospital, covering Torpoint, Saltash and the surrounding areas. Our team works with local GP practices (Rame Group, Quay Lane, Port View and Saltash) as well as health and social care colleagues, therapists and voluntary sector partners.
