A fantastic and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic and passionate colleagues in Sutton Me Time. The role is part time for 20 hours per week.
Me Time is Mencap’s social inclusion, leisure and community led programme, supporting adults with a learning disability to develop the skills and confidence to build relationships and be fully included in their local community. Me Time provide a range of support for individuals to do this, through the direct provision of a range of community activities as well as support to access community groups and local opportunities.
The Me Time model is person centred and focused on improving quality of life for the people engaged on the programme as well as providing pathways to other opportunities. For more infor...
