Job Description
MINDS is seeking a Community Facilitator (ELP and Hostel) to assist the Manager in delivering high‑quality daily care to residents with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You will supervise resident welfare, provide training in independent living, leisure, recreation, sports and career development, and help residents participate in the community.
