Responsibilities and Expectations

• Consistently maintain a professional appearance – well-groomed, appropriately dressed, and confidently present the brand while adhering to guidelines on attire, makeup, and grooming standards.
• Maintain a balance of energy and composure – enthusiastic yet poised, assertive yet courteous.
• Excel at multitasking while delivering outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
• Be certified and endorsed by Operations and VPs to lead site tours during client and prospect visits.
• Be well‑versed in safety and security protocols, present these procedures confidently, and be approved by the Safety Team.
