Job Responsibilities
The postholder will provide information, advice and practical support on all social welfare law matters, maintaining clear and accurate records of client interactions. You will provide support and guidance to our outreach volunteers and will attend community events and one‑off advice and information sessions, some of which may be outside normal office hours, including Saturdays on occasion.

We want people who are passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need. You will need to demonstrate that you can engage skilfully with people from all backgrounds, including clients who are vulnerable and distressed.
