Position Overview:

Philanthropy is core to the Dutch Bros identity. The Community Activation Coordinator is a unique hybrid role designed to bridge the gap between corporate giving and local brand activation. Operating on a 40-hour work week, this role splits time between the Giving team (30 hours/week) and the Field Marketing team (10 hours/week).

The Giving Program Administratoris responsible forthe operational support and data management for Dutch Bros’ philanthropic initiatives. This roleensuresall grant nominations and donations are processed and tracked efficiently and accurately, supporting the overall reporting and impact measurement for philanthropy programs.
