Lead membership engagement initiatives at Communitech as the Director of Membership Engagement. This Kitchener, Ontario-based role requires a strategic mindset to foster startup relationships.
Reporting to the COO, this position is critical for cultivating strong ties with member companies and enhancing their overall experience. You will execute initiatives to retain members and ensure they receive valuable resources and support. Your networking and outreach efforts will focus on generating new member leads and adapting services to meet the evolving needs of the technology sector in the Waterloo Region.
