Communication Specialist
We are looking for a Communications Specialist to lead the communications arm for services and deliver all assigned outputs at Acquire BPO, servicing RingCentral.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategist and main driver of communications for services and output.
- Map out communications plans for campaigns, projects, and team programs.
- Produce well‑researched content for websites, surveys, email marketing, videos, and blogs.
- Strategize and produce copy for event marketing materials used by the graphic designer/video editor.
- Draft internal communications such as memos and newsletters.
- Organize writing schedules to meet deadlines.
- Follow the editorial calendar and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
