Overview

12-month contract (with option to become full-time) – Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications, Marketing, and External Relations. The Communications and Digital Specialist plays a key role in advancing Yee Hong’s mission by delivering high-quality communications that strengthen engagement with residents, families, staff, and the broader community. Guided by Yee Hong’s values of WE CARE, WE COLLABORATE, and WE COMMIT, this role ensures that all communications reflect compassion, inclusivity, partnership, and accountability in support of residents, clients, families, and staff. Through storytelling and engagement, this role supports high-quality resident and client care, enhances the family experience, and fosters a connected and informed workforce.
