Job Summary

We are
looking for a dedicated and alert Communication Controller to join
our Group Traffic Engineering and Safety (GTES) team. You will play
a vital role in monitoring traffic conditions, managing real-time
communication, and coordinating emergency responses along our
expressway network.

Key
Responsibilities

• Monitor live traffic
  conditions using CCTV, sensors, and traffic
  systems.
• Detect and report incidents such as
  accidents or vehicle breakdowns.
• Handle
  communications across multiple channels (phone, radio, digital
  systems).
• Coordinate emergency response with
  on-site teams, police, and other
  agencies.
• Manage real-time updates on Variable
  Message Signs (VMS).
• Record and report events
  accurately using e-TEMS and MHROADS
  systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health,
  and environmental
  regulations.
