Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand tone.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies for growth.
Manage community responses - comments, DMs, and interactions.
2. Video Creation & Editing
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
Capture candid content during office hours, meetings, events, and select site visits.
Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and platform best practices.
Stay updated with social media video trends to produce fresh, relevant content.
3. Photography & On-Ground Content Capture
Accompany the Managing Director and senior team for meetings, events, and occasional travel.
Capture real-time moments - discussions, sketches, reviews, travel snippets, and behind-the-scenes inter...
