We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Commissions & Revenue Operations Analyst to take dive and drive our global sales commission cycle for a fixed 12-month sprint. As Thunes continues to scale its global payments infrastructure, ensuring the absolute accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of our commercial incentive structures is paramount. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end commissions pipeline serving as the primary engine behind our data reconciliation, the core system administrator, and the dedicated point of contact for our global commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Commission Management

• Own the entire monthly commissions budget and quarterly commission calculation cycle for the global sales organizations.
