**Lead Commissioning Technician (Electrical & Controls), $52k-79k/year**
**Monday-Thursday, 1st shift**
As a Lead Commissioning Technician, you will serve as the technical leader responsible for electrical assembly, controls integration, testing, commissioning, and startup of sophisticated HVAC manufacturing equipment. This is a highly visible role that combines hands-on electrical expertise with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to influence quality, performance, and operational excellence from initial assembly through final commissioning.
You will work closely with production, engineering, controls partners, and fellow technicians to ensure every system is built to specification, tested thoroughly, and delivered with confidence.
