THE OPPORTUNITY
Commissioning is the phase of a project where everything either comes together or it does not. Years of engineering, procurement and construction work converge into a window where outages are constrained, coordination requirements are at their most complex and the margin for poor planning is at its lowest. The Commissioning Coordinator is the person who makes sure it comes together.
