Transform warm leads into sales as a Commission-Based HVAC Sales Specialist in the GTA. This role is tailored for top performers focused on closing deals during initial visits.
We are searching for highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in HVAC sales or related fields. You’ll attend pre-qualified appointments, deliver effective presentations, and finalize contracts. Your ability to handle objections and negotiate will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities: • Attend scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners • Schedule 3-4 appointments between 9 AM and 9 PM • Present product options and incentives clearly • Close deals on the first visit with confidence • Submit signed agreements for processing
