We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our professional kitchen team.

**Your Responsibilities**

+ Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections
+ Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets
+ Work across all areas of the kitchen operation
+ Support product and goods quality control
+ Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
+ Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly
+ Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
+ Support and guide culinary apprentices when required

**Qualifications:**

**Your Profile**

+ Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification
+ Initial experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is an advantage
