As we grow our kitchen operations across outlets, we are looking for dedicated kitchen professionals to join our team and grow with the brand. Commis 1 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 2–3 years in a professional or restaurant kitchen Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook South Indian dishes as per standardised recipes and portion sizes. Manage order billing and dispatch coordination through Swiggy and Zomato. Ensure adherence to food production, hygiene, and quality SOPs. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as per prescribed procedures. Monitor inventory, track stock consumption, and coordinate supplier purchases.
