Responsibilities

• Execute daily kitchen operations to support food preparation and service efficiency
• Prepare mise-en-place by organizing and readying ingredients to assist culinary supervisors
• Record and track inventory and supplies to maintain accurate stock levels
• Coordinate food requisitions and transfers as directed to ensure timely availability of ingredients
