LINE COOK / COMMIS CHEF – HOLIDAY PARK
Location: Newquay, Cornwall
We're looking for a motivated Line Cook / Commis Chef to join our holiday park kitchen team this season, helping deliver great food to our guests throughout their stay.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with dishes across all sections of the kitchen
- Cooking and plating food to a consistent standard during busy service
- Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting senior chefs and learning new skills across different stations
- Helping with stock rotation, deliveries, and basic kitchen prep
