We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis I - Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is primarily responsible for managing our pizza section, with additional exposure to pastas and Mediterranean cuisine. If you have a love for authentic Italian food and take pride in craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the pizza section independently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and stretch dough, manage fermentation, and maintain dough quality standards.
• Prepare and execute authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using traditional techniques.
• Work with premium Italian flours and house-made sauces while maintaining recipe consistency.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of pasta and Mediterranean dishes.
