Here at Harrods, we are responsible for producing the pastries, desserts and chocolates for more than 20 restaurants, exclusive dining brands, and worldโfamous food halls.
About the Role
As a Pastry Commis Chef in our Pastry kitchen you will be at the heart of the action, preparing a variety of patisserie and desserts, organising ingredients, and maintaining a clean kitchen.
You report to the Chef de Partie and play a key role in the smooth operation and delivery of kitchen operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Organising and rotating stock, and labelling food stored to meet deadlines.
- Completing all administrative tasks for your section.
- Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to by enforcing high hygiene and sanitation.
The role is fully onโsite, working five days a week.
