Location: Bath, Somerset, BA1 7JD
Salary: Starting at £13 per hour + service charge + excellent colleague benefits.
Job Type: Full‑time | Permanent | 5 days out of 7.
Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team by assisting senior chefs with food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently for service.
- Help with stock rotation, storage and menu preparation across the hotel.
- Work full‑time (5 days out of 7, including weekends on rota basis, approximately 40 hours per week). Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
