Job Description
Our client has an opportunity for a Commercial Specialist based in Centurion.
Requirements: BComm in Finance or a similar qualification. Matric Code B driver’s license. Experience in Facilities or Property Management would be advantageous. Numerical abilities. KPAs: Financial Modelling Costing. Convert large RFQ’s into figures through Excel. Effective tracking on all Soft and workplace related requests or calls. Work through large contracts. Break down complex costing for proposals while maintaining and understanding of commercial needs of the business. Reporting on all commercial matrixes including revenues, margins and annual projections. #J-18808-Ljbffr
