Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Schedule service and repair bookings for commercial vehicles
- Prepare accurate job cards and cost estimates
- Liaise with technicians and customers regarding vehicle progress and repairs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up on outstanding work and maintain service records
- Promote additional services and products where appropriate
