RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the smooth, timely, and customer-focused processing of spare parts quotations and orders—from quotation preparation and follow-up, order entry, and coordination with internal departments through to invoicing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system.

  • Clarify technical and commercial details with internal departments Sales, Production, Purchasing).

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.

  • Process order changes and customer complaints/claims.

  • Communicate with customers by phone and in writing.

  • Maintain master data and order-related data Installed Base data, SAP master data).

  • Support quotation preparation and quotation follow-up activities.
