Commercial HVAC Installation Technician Position Summary Shoals MPE Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing construction team.

This position is responsible for the installation of HVAC systems and associated components on commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, installing ductwork and equipment, and working alongside project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

This role is best suited for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a strong safety mindset, and is committed to delivering exceptional results on every project.
