You’ll join Irwin Mitchell’s nationally recognised Commercial Dispute Resolution team, led by Partner and National Head of Commercial Dispute Resolution, This role can be based in our Birmingham, Brighton or Gatwick offices and offers the opportunity to collaborate across a truly national practice.

Our commercial disputes lawyers advise businesses, financial institutions and individuals on resolving complex, high‑value disputes efficiently and strategically. The team is known for combining technical excellence with strong commercial judgement and a clear understanding of clients’ wider business objectives.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including domestic and cross‑border contract disputes

Acting on shareholder, partnership and director disputes

Handling professional negligence claims
