We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in the greater West Palm Beach area. The HVAC Technician will manage, repair, and service the HVAC systems across our commercial portfolio. Our properties encompass commercial office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities.
In this role, you will be our dedicated, in-house HVAC expert. You will focus heavily on preventative maintenance, rapid diagnostic troubleshooting, and system optimization to maximize equipment lifespans and ensure tenant comfort in the demanding South Florida climate.
Responsibilities:
· HVAC Diagnostics & Repair
· System Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and service commercial DX split systems, package units, rooftop units (RTUs), and exhaust fans.
· Component Replacement: Replace faulty compressors, fan motors, belts, metering devices, and digital control boards.
· Preventative Maintenance & Climate Control
