Full-time Management & Operations

This role is primarily responsible for regional business and operations support, including quotation review, contract coordination, order processing, and production tracking for key overseas customers. In addition, the position supports the daily operations of the office by coordinating finance reporting, asset and document management, and HR administration. Working closely with headquarters and external partners, this role ensures efficient business execution, accurate reporting, and compliance with local regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review quotations, confirm contract terms, track orders, and manage sales-related documentation
• Coordinate with HQ to implement updated sales management policies and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of sales records
