Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial responsibilities (including costing and sales) for maintenance tasks related to clients vessels and assets.
- Produce accurate, realistic, and timely quotations and cost estimates for inquiries and job requests from clients. Coordinate with SRM/Production teams for awarded jobs.
- Identify and engage subcontractors for specialized and labor-intensive tasks.
- Facilitate communication between the owner's representative and yard Production regarding job quotations.
- Maintain monthly records of contract‑out job statuses for maintenance orders. Manage the registration of new subcontractors in the system and update their status as required.
- Generate subcontractor work orders upon confirmation of purchase orders from clients. Collaborate with SRM/Production teams on jobs awarded by clients.
