- Attend to ship owners and clients’ invoices queries
- Preparation of tenders and project estimates
- Preparation of quotation and contract/agreement
- Liaison with clients, vendors as well as departments on project contractual requirements.
- Follow-up on progressive project cost and update/invoicing to clients
- Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule
- Prepare accurate estimates and billings
- Negotiate with owners and subcontractor on ship repair contract
- Prepare & negotiate invoice for ship repair and fabrication project
- Submit progressive budgetary update cost to ship owner
- Work closely with the operations and project team(s)
- Make recommendations for improvement to SAPB1 & ISO systems, processes and procedures.
