The Opportunity



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to support our Commercial Insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and administer commercial policies, including new business, renewals, and endorsements

  • Review policy documentation for accuracy and follow up with insurers on any discrepancies

  • Prepare and send client correspondence, including policy documents and coverage updates

  • Support brokers by identifying and communicating any changes in coverage

  • Manage invoicing and policy activities within internal systems
