Job Description
Lead the legal function at Prospeo as a Senior Privacy and Commercial Counsel in a fully remote environment across Canada. Your expertise in data privacy and commercial contracts will support our rapid scaling.
As our first dedicated legal hire, you will report directly to the co-founders and take ownership of the data privacy program. You’ll manage compliance across multiple jurisdictions, oversee vendor diligence, and coordinate litigation matters. This hands-on role necessitates strong commercial judgment and familiarity with AI tools to streamline legal processes.
