Senior Field Leadership Role

Senior field leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple commercial HVAC construction projects, driving job-site efficiency, safety, quality control, and team performance across active installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and hold field teams accountable for performance and safety standards
• Conduct routine site visits to assigned projects and maintain presence during major project milestones (equipment lifts, start-ups, inspections, etc.)
• Coordinate closely with project managers and foremen to address scheduling, manpower planning, and logistics
• Evaluate potential field challenges and communicate solutions proactively
• Oversee material ordering, equipment rentals, and tool tracking processes
