Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaison with ship owners, vendors as well as departments on project requirements and costs.
- Estimation and Projection of Shipbuilding, Upgrading, Repair and Conversion Cost
- Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule
- Assist to manage and lead commercial team including development, training, performance management and succession planning
- Resolving contractual and commercial problems and to report to the management regularly
- Manage internal relationships with operations, commercial, Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal performance and to provide commercial requirements for projects and sales activities.
- Interpreting financial, operational, commercial or customer insights to ensure a commercial/billing issue is fully understood and that hard hitting action are taken and constantly reviewed
