Job Description

Mission

The Commercial Assistant plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer support and assistingĀ the external Sales TeamĀ withĀ customer service and administrative tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring excellent follow-up of the customer portfolio, enhancing the digital customer experience, and improving service quality, all while contributing to the departmentā€™s profitability. The role involves close collaboration with both external Sales Managers and Sales Administrators.Ā 

Main AccountabilitiesĀ 

Provide the best commercial and digital support toĀ theĀ customerĀ portfolio:Ā 

  • Serve as firstĀ and directĀ point of contact for CustomersĀ and ensure timely communicationĀ on product specifications (productĀ changes,Ā legal aspects,Ā PBMs ...).Ā Follow-up onĀ customerĀ satisfaction,Ā facilitateĀ response toĀ customerĀ questionnaires.Ā
