Commercial Account Administrator – Regina, Saskatchewan
Full-time Permanent position working out of our Regina Broad St location.
Responsibilities
- Interact with the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor to assemble renewal information or make changes to policies as requested.
- Track expiry lists for the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor.
- Prepare information to be submitted to the marketing team for new quotes and assemble the data into a presentation format for prospects or clients.
- Follow up on account receivables to ensure timely invoicing and premium payment.
- Attend meetings with the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor and the Commercial Multiline Account Executive on new or renewal business when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum license level 1 required; completion of CAIB 1 and 2 strongly preferred.
