Job Description

I’M Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations. The role is responsible for ensuring the consistent production of high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and bakery products while maintaining the hotel’s standards for quality, presentation, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pastry and bakery production to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery to all hotel outlets.
• Develop and maintain recipes, production standards, and innovative pastry offerings.
• Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team to achieve operational excellence.
