Summary You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II in the Production Resources Department, Structural Shop of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will determine the resources, materials, equipment, and skilled personnel required to accomplish long-range project schedules. You will plan, direct, and coordinate the work of subordinate first-level supervisors. You will inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure they meet all technical, nuclear, and quality assurance specifications. You will serve as the final on-site authority for resolving the most complex technical problems and integration conflicts You will make recommendations for promotions, reassignments, and awards for subordinate supervisors.
