Job Description
Join Colliers as an Associate in Debt Advisory, based in Edmonton. Work actively on commercial real estate transactions, including structured debt and first mortgages.
In this role, you will assist in underwriting, develop financial models, and prepare vital client materials. With mentorship as your support, you will progress toward managing your own client base while engaging in business development across Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assist in underwriting and executing CRE debt transactions
ā¢ Develop financial models and credit summaries
ā¢ Prepare client-facing proposals and materials
ā¢ Track mandates and maintain lender databases
ā¢ Engage in business development including lender prospecting
Requirements:
ā¢ Recent Finance, Economics, or Business graduate
ā¢ Internship experience in debt advisory preferred
ā¢ RECA licensed or willing to complete licensing
ā¢ Excel proficiency for financial modeling tasks
